Terms & Conditions

SESSION FEE

Your (non-refundable) session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your session date on our calendar.  Your session date will NOT be held until this payment has been made.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your session date once, if 5 days notice has been given.  If rescheduling within the 5 days notice period, a new session fee of $150 is required.   In the event of poor weather, ill health or other unforeseen circumstances, your session may be moved within the 5 days notice, at the discretion of the photographer.  Your current pricing will be valid for 6 months.  After this time, current pricing will apply.

RESHOOT & REFUNDS

While our top priority is to keep our clients happy, reshoots and refunds will not be given for poor outfit choices, hair, makeup, behaviour of children & adults, weather-related issues or not following the direction of your professional photographer.  The final decision will be at the discretion of Frame It Photography.

TRAVEL FEE

Sessions performed within a 50km radius from the studio address will NOT be subject to a travel fee.  Sessions performed outside of the 50km radius will be subject to a travel fee which will be discussed prior to booking your session. 

STUDIO SESSIONS

Due to equipment within the studio and the safety of minors, two adults are required to attend when there is more than one child, including your newborn, at the session. 

VIEWING, DESIGN & PURCHASING APPOINTMENT

Your viewing, design and purchasing appointment will happen straight after your newborn/sitter session and within 5 days of your family/maternity session.  All financial decision makers are required to attend this appointment.  Final decision and payment is required at this appointment unless payment plan options are in place.  If needing to comeback for another appointment a $100 rebooking fee will occur.  Please ensure all parties have read through our products and pricing guide included in your welcome pack.

COPYRIGHT

Copyright remains the property of Frame It Photography.  Images are not to be used for commercial purposes (baby contest, magazines etc.) without written consent from Frame It Photography. 

PRICING

Prices are subject to change without notice.  Your quoted price is valid for 14 days and set once session fee has been paid.   

IMAGES & STORAGE OF IMAGES

No unedited or RAW files will be released.  Frame It Photography holds all images on file for 12months at which time they will be archived.  Retrieving image from Archive will incur a $100 fee.  Due to the digital nature of images Frame It Photography will not be held responsible for loss, damage or corrupt files. 

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.  Gift vouchers have a set expiry on them if purchase via a special offer.   If gift voucher is purchase not during a special offer than the expiry will be 3yrs from date of purchase.   It is best to register your gift voucher with us so that we can send you a reminder as your expiry date is approaching.  No exceptions will be made if after the expiry date.  

SPECIALS AND OFFERS

Offers and/or specials purchased online have a 7 day cooling off period.  If this time has passed, the money that has secured the offer becomes non-refundable.  Specials and offers are only available with new bookings.  No exceptions will be made to sessions already booked.   Purchases made from specials or offers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.  No exception will be made to out of date purchases.   Gift vouchers purchased through special offers are not valid with any other offer.  One voucher per session.
